The Ayase House is the name given to an unnamed property in the Ayase district of Adachi, Tokyo. It only ever appeared in Act 7.
The history of the house is never thoroughly explained in Pretty Soldier Sailor Stellar, with the only information given that the place has a huge amount of dark energy attached to it due to it's history.
