The Cutie Moon Rod is Sailor Moon's second weapon and is used to perform Moon Princess Halation. It was created by the love of Princess Serenity and Prince Endymion.
The rod is Sailor Moon's main weapon throughout the first arc of Pretty Soldier Sailor Stellar. At the end, it is upgraded to the Spiral Heart Moon Rod.
