Template:ULCharacterInfoMichiru Kaioh is the civilian identity of Sailor Neptune and the present day reincarnation of Princess Neptune. She is also the love interest of Haruka Tenoh.
Elegant, sophisticated, though sometimes cold and capable of sharp anger, she is the polar opposite of Usagi Tsukino.
Michiru first attends Infinity Academy with her partner Haruka Tenoh and the younger Hotaru Tomoe. She is patient and caring, but not the most social person. She dislikes being patronised and refuses to indulge others, often time making her look like a snob to others.She and Haruka tend do things their way while sticking with the others.

Michiru is an extremely beautiful and delicate-looking girl of slim stature and average height, with deep blue eyes and wavy teal hair that falls just past her shoulders. The epitome of elegance and femininity, she has an excellent sense of fashion, being always dressed smartly, and applying makeup or perfectly made up already. Usagi and Minako were both utterly dazzled by her beauty when they first saw her, and Usagi has gone as far as saying that Michiru is exactly what a fairy tale princess would be like.

She plays the same role as she did in the anime. The only difference is that she met the Otaku Senshi shortly before Usagi and the others did, and kept Pluto, Saturn, and the Otaku Senshi closer than in the manga
