Template:ULCharacterInfoRubeus is one of the primary members of the Black Moon Clan and a prominant character throughout Pretty Soldier Sailor Stellar. He is also the leader of the Ayakashi Sisters. However, unknown to them, he is just using them as pawns to do his work and has no concern for them but ironically, he ends being a pawn himself for Wiseman.
Rubeus is an arrogant man, often leading to him being overconfident. He is very competitive, easily prone to jealousy and often becomes aggressive when his plans fail, and is easily affected when he perceives others to be humiliating him. Rubeus also doesn't like to maintain many close relationships, preferring to position himself as the alpha in group situations. However, he is shown to be extremely loyal, especially to Prince Demande, and respects him more than any other member of the clan.
Appearance[]
Rubeus is a man with bright red hair, styled to look like a flame, and red eyes, and he has the black, upside-down crescent moon on his forehead. For clothes, he wears a brown leather vest, pants with a camouflage-like design, black leather boots with laces, and a necklace with a stone pendant on it, and the evil black crystal earrings. He is also seen frequently carrying a jacket with the same camouflage-like design as his pants, but he is never seen wearing the jacket.

Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon (original timeline)[]
Originally, Rubeus devises a plan to kidnap the Sailor Senshi in order to weaken Sailor Moon. He succeeds in capturing Sailor Mars, Sailor Mercury, and Sailor Jupiter but fails to capture Sailor Venus in after his subordinant Calaveras was defeated by Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask. He is loyal to Prince Demande, appearing with him and Saphir to taunt the captured Sailor Moon. Rubeus later realizes that there is more to Wiseman than what he sees, and questions Black Lady's addition to the Black Moon family. He is subsequently killed by Wiseman when he confronts him.
